Does IV Therapy really work?
While it’s not magic and won’t bring you back to 100%, IV therapy has been shown to be effective and is widely cited as being a cure for hangovers.
Is it safe and what are the risks?
IV therapy is safe and our staff are all licensed paramedics, but there are risks to IV Therapy. Air embolism, collapsed veins, fluid overload, allergic reaction and infection are the main risks involved with IV therapy. That’s why our staff will be with you throughout the treatment to monitor your well being.
How long does it take and when will I feel better?
The IV bag that we use is 500ML which should take approximately20 to 30 minutes to be infused. Including set up and tear down, we aim to be inand out within 40 minutes for a single treatment. For multiple people receiving treatment, it could be an hour +.
Some people will feel better during or immediately following treatment, while most will feel the effects within an hour or two.
Should I lie in bed or should I sit for the treatment?
You should find a position that you can be comfortable in
for the next 30 minutes. Lying or sitting is up to you!
